Customer Journey Flow

1️⃣ Registration
Customers register through the SEA Digital website by providing their name, email, and contact information. A confirmation email is sent to activate the account.

2️⃣ Course / Service Selection
Users browse available educational or consulting services and select their desired course or program. Each listing includes course content, duration, and pricing.

3️⃣ Payment
Payments are made securely via SEA Digital’s integrated payment gateway. Upon successful payment, customers receive a confirmation email and digital receipt.

4️⃣ Access & Enrollment
Customers gain immediate access to their selected course or service. Login details and learning instructions are sent via email.

5️⃣ Learning Process
Customers progress through the course content or participate in consulting sessions according to the selected plan.

6️⃣ Course Completion
Once the course is successfully completed, customers receive a digital Certificate of Learning via email.
The certificate includes:

  • Student name

  • Course title

  • Completion date

  • Verification ID
