2. Course / Service Selection:
Users browse available educational or consulting services and select a desired course or program. Each course clearly lists content, duration, and pricing.

3. Payment:
Payments can be made securely via SEA Digital’s integrated payment gateway. Upon successful transaction, users receive an automated invoice and receipt by email.

4. Service Delivery:
Access to the purchased service is granted instantly or within 24 hours. All educational materials and consultations are available through the user dashboard.

5. Customer Support:
For any questions, users can contact our support team at info@seadigital.io. Response time: within 24 business hours.

6. Refund / Claim:
If a customer wishes to cancel or request a refund, they can submit a claim via email or contact form. Each claim is reviewed within 7 working days.

7. Certificate of Learning

Upon successful completion of the course, customers automatically receive a digital Certificate of Learning via email.

The certificate includes the student’s name, course title, completion date, and a unique verification ID.
